The Voice Fanlisting was started on June 22, 2008 as part of Timyra-Joi Online, the first and only fansite for Timyra-Joi Beatty. The name for the fanlisting was inspired by Timyra herself. For one, she has a beautiful singing voice. But also, Timyra loves animals, and her personal goal is to be 'The Voice' for endangered, abandoned and abused animals. Thus, I felt The Voice was a very fitting name for this listing.

WHO IS TIMYRA-JOI?

Timyra-Joi is a young singer, actress and dancer. She began performing at the tender age of 2. Recognizing her talent, her parents sought out opportunities for her to develop and share it with the world. Since then, she has had roles in movies and commercials, including a voice over role in Universal Pictures "Curious George". In 2008, she was featured on The Maury Povich Show as one of 'America's Most Talented Kids'. And she recently recorded her first single "What Kind of World", which was produced by Ken and Becky Rash of Active Audio and Entertainment.
